Marco Cubillos is an architect and urban designer with over 15 years of experience with a solid commitment to sustainability and innovative design solutions. As the co-founder and director of IncluDesign, Marco brings a wealth of expertise in private and public sector projects, spanning diverse typologies such as multi-residential developments, boutique houses, senior housing, educational facilities, master plans, and urban regeneration projects.

Having refined his skills at prestigious firms like SJB in NSW and Three C Architects in Melbourne, Marco has been involved in the design and delivery of numerous projects, including over 1500 apartments and 20 houses. His tenure as Principal at Ethos Urban NSW further enriched his portfolio, where he played a pivotal role in notable projects like the Herbert Street Precinct, UNSW Masterplan & Randwick Campus, Cardinal Gilroy Village Masterplan, and River Road West Structure Plan.
